Yes. In order to qualify for any rank (or all ranks) within the Yoli Compensation Plan the Distributor will need to have one active personally sponsored Distributor on each side of their binary organization. Also, in order to qualify for any higher rank you will also need to have the organization requirements for any preceding ranks.
