What you’re talking about is a general term for “baryogenesis”; you may want to look it up on Wikipedia for example. The current asymmetry of matter and anti-matter has caused an amount of matter which is about 1 baryon for every 10^10 (one hundred billion) photons or so. The challenge is to explain that small amount with physics, given that they do give an asymmetry value which is too small (1 for every 10^20) to explain it convincingly. There is no valid reason to believe that the asymmetry existed before the Big Bang. This is probably best asked under “Physics” but that section is filled with people wanting homework done.
