Best time to go snorkeling in Oahu?
The winter storm waves hit the coast on North Shore, while the Honolulu side is much much calmer. But more important, Hanauma Bay is a totally protected coral lagoon in a sunken caldera with only one side open to the ocean anyway so always pretty calm.
