My sister swares by Coco butter, can get from all local drugstores but i sware by Johnsons baby Lotion and E45 cream… think it comes down to person preference. I wouldnt use soap, i would use a body wash – recommend Sanex dermalogical – kind to skin and they have a hyrdating one for dry skin.
