A. I agree with the previous 2 answers. I prefer Pearl for brown pigment in one treatment. It has a very high patient satisfaction rate (90%). Laser Genesis works extremely well for reds and is very gentle. Any remaing tiny vessels can be easily treated with a vascular tip hyfercator. Cutera’s IPL with a programable wavelenth works well on both brown and reds. There are many alternatives. The key is finding an experienced laser doctor in your area who can evaluate you and make appropriate suggestions. Pick a center with multiple lasers or you will simply get the one they happen to own. Good luck!
