Best is just an opinion. I may love Kickers, you may hate Kickers but love JL Audio. The Boston Acoustic G5 is said to be the best sounding subwoofer on the market, also the JL Audio W7 series (very overpriced) Look around at these brands Kicker JL Audio Fi Car Audio Boston Acoustics Alpine Orion Rockford Fosgate Diamond Audio Image Dynamics If you can goto a local shop and listen around that’d probably be your best way to help instead of asking all of us And if you’re going to go with Pioneer, go Pioneer Premier they are just that much better.
