Best Buys geek squad broke some parts on my laptop?
No, Geek Squad will not give you a replacement computer, as they have none. And No, they will not fix your computer screen if you broke it on purpose, unless you told them that it fell. And No, they will not give you your hard drive because that’s the first thing they check for problems. So I believe your in some dirt there… Try searching for small Business computer fixers, they might give you a replacement computer… but no hard drive.
Don’t break the LCD screen, this could backfire! I like the “Contact the president of Best Buy”, thing. No slam intended, but I bet he’s not sitting by the phone, waiting on your call! (lol!) Me? I would contact the State Attorney Generals Office, of your state, -> Consumer Division, and file out a complaint. I ‘Cringe’ that I even told you that, because if you want to see some people Suddenly, trying to be your best buddy, and get your laptop fixed, to YOUR SATISFACTION!! Whoo! Hate to be them! They will give Best Buy just so long to meet your expectations, (In a reasonable manner, and time space, of course), then they will start laying heavy fines against them. If memory serves, it could be up to $10,000 a day. Plus, if Best Buy has a series of complaints already logged, WHEEW!
