Best breed of dog that would suit a newley formed couple ?
I’m glad your suggesting getting a dog! Well, I think the best breed for you would be a bichon frise. Bichons are wonderful lap dogs and are very good around strangers. They need LOTS of grooming and some can be hard to house train. They are very playful and loving and they always want to be with you. If you take my advice and get a bichon frise I would suggest searching petfinder.com for a list of local shelters that have bichons. That is where I got my bichon puppy. Oh and one more thing, when you do get your new puppy may I suggest feeding him or her Wellness puppy food. That is a very high quality food. Make sure you don’t feed those low quality brand foods like Iams, Purina, Beneful, and Pedigree. Stay away from those. Lastly, make sure you don’t get your dog from a pet store.
