Best Before Date – what is the Shelf Life on Living Nature products?
Because the Living Nature preservative is natural the product does require more care and has a shorter shelf life than products preserved with synthetic parabens. All Living Nature products display a ‘best before’ date, which is usually 2 years, with our balms extending to 4 years. To keep the natural plant extracts in Living Nature products affective, all products should be stored in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. If you do have problems with product spoiling you can be confident we will replace without charge. While our products are naturally preserved, they are well preserved. A Best Before” date is different to “expiring” and being unsuitable for use. Our products demonstrate that when nature finds its balance it can maintain this balance for a very long time.
