well first you have the ignition switch. I would look under dash and follow the steering column wire harness for a starter kill (it would be tapped into the harness and should be easy to see.) if that is all good then you have a neutral safety switch. if you test for power at the yellow wire during crank, if good, then check purple for power during crank, if yellow has power and purple doesn’t change neutral safety switch, if yellow doesn’t have power then check to see if bothe red wires at switch have power all the time. if they do then change the switch.
