Besides Sun Modular Datacenter (and payload) itself, what else does the customer need to be up and running?
Customers must provide an external power source, chilled water, network connectivity, and a flat surface. Customers may also have to provide an environmentally controlled shelter or service vestibule to enable warranty and support services during periods of inclement weather, temperature, or humidity. The size of the power equipment and water chiller is variable depending on the power consumed and heat generated by the payload installed in Sun MD. Sun Services can provide a turn-key solution based on customer conditions; or if customers deploy themselves, they should consult with power and HVAC specialists to ensure proper sizing. See our technical specifications and requirements, for more information. See our list of 3rd party providers of power, water chiller and other infrastructure equipment.
