Besides putting on operas, what else does Greensboro Opera do?
Greensboro Opera’s mission is to produce fully-staged professional operas and opera education programs that enrich the cultural community of the Triad. Educational outreach includes Opera at the Carolina, our annual performance attended by Guilford County fifth graders, dress rehearsals open to junior high and high school students, a two-week annual residency at a local independent school, and opera educational seminars open to the general public.
