Besides new housing starts and building permits, what other information is available from the U.S. Census Bureau?
The U.S. Census Bureau collects, tabulates, and publishes monthly statistics on New Single-Family Houses Sold, Housing Completions, Manufactured Home Placements, and Dollar Value of Construction Put in Place. In addition they also produce quarterly estimates of the Residential Construction in Selected Metropolitan Areas, Price Index of New Single-Family Houses Sold, and Dollars Spent on Residential Improvements and Repairs.
