If you’re older or have lost a lot of weight, it’s very probably that your problem is not so much fat as it is loose skin. In that case, you’re probably a good candidate for “thermage”. It’s a new technique that uses radio waves (no surgery!). Results don’t happen over night, but they are quite impressive about 6 months after treatment. Normally I’m quite skeptical about such things, I’ve checked it out and it seems to be legit. If it is not loose skin and is actually fat, then there is no exercise that will spot reduce. If you had excess weight elsewhere, I would say that you need to work on loosing weight in general. But since you are already skinny, loosing more weight probably won’t help much and might be unhealthy. Sad to say, it sounds like you have a problem spot that won’t respond to exercise. Cosmetic surgery might be your only option.
