I could care less about the other stuff. Got an immediate automated reply after sending the request but no assignment to a case worker, so that mean I am not quite on the queue. Not feeling any need to register a different email address to activate the device and start the 15-day countdown as I have no idea how long it will take to switch over. But now that I have the device I can kick back and wait-n-see.
