For more information on the types of AOL timer messages, please visit AOL Page It is these messages that Stay Connected will scan for and will click the OK button for the user. Most of the time when Stay Connected is running, these messages may only flash by momentarily. By default, Stay Connected will scan for these messages every 1 second. For some systems, if Stay Connected has problems checking the timer messages, you can increase the interval settings (3-5 seconds) under the “Advanced Settings” under the “America Online” Configurations tab.
