Because of the timing stipulation on BAD ALCOHOL, does the Character targeted still get to attempt the Challenge (since he already started it), but just has lower Talent #s?
Since you start the Challenge and the characters are chosen to face the challenge in the choose step. Then Bad Alcohol is played, fatiguing the character, he is not removed from the Challenge. This is based on the timing on the card (Challenge, fight/Battle). That is something Cafeteria Soylent Green works with.
