This year, because a lot of bigger companies in the Fortune 200 category have implemented hiring freezes, more Marriott MBA graduates are deciding to get their Ph.D.s at a much earlier point in their academic career now, and more students are applying and accepting positions with reputable medium to smaller companies in Utah and nationally that have good potential and don’t have hiring freezes.
