We do not anticipate that US VISIT will add significant delays at land borders but we are very mindful of concerns about that, and have been meeting with various community groups along the border to discuss their concerns. We anticipate utilizing advanced technology to meet statutory requirements, while minimizing delays. US-VISIT is not required to be implemented at the 50 busiest land border ports until December 31, 2004.
