Battery life when riding short distances?
• The life of your battery depends on several factors including its charge state, how often you recharge it, and what accessories you use. If you are riding lots of short distances the battery may not have enough time to recharge. You have several options: try using fewer accessories (turn off your fog lights and microwave five minutes before arrival at your destination) or better yet ride the bike on longer trips. Failing that you could try keeping your bike on a battery tender each night. See also Battery Life.
