Bathing A bunny?

Why do you want to bathe your bunny? Is he so dirty that he is not keeping himself clean and his fur is stained or do you just want to do it just because?? Like most cats, there aren’t that many rabbits that enjoy getting wet. So your bunny more than likey DOES NOT want to be bathed. If he is so dirty/stained that you need to bathe him so he is presentable for showing/4H, then you definitely want to make sure he is able to be kept somewhere warm and dry, after thoroughly being towel dried, and kept out of drafts so not to be chilled. The actual batheing you will have to do somewhere where water can run off and away from the rabbit. I wouldn’t actually let him sit in a bucket/tub of water. Just have access to running water. Dampen him, lather with a mild cat shampoo, because cats and rabbits have the same skin tolerance, and rinse thoroughly with luke warm water. Dry THOROUGHLY with a towel. Dry again, with another towel, and place somewhere warm without draft. You won’t really want bun
