Basic and Dialing Questions: How can I change the outbound caller ID for my nPBX phones?
Log on to your Dashboard, and click on ‘Modify Devices’. This is where you will set your outbound caller ID for each extension in your organization. Click on ‘Edit’ beside the extension number you want to change. Then just select the desired phone number from the drop down box under ‘Caller ID Number’. Click ‘Save’, and your changes will take effect immediately. Note: If you are the administrator of the account, you will be able to set the caller id for every phone in your organization. If you are not the adminitrator, you will only be able to set the caller id for your own phone.
