BASED BILL 1. What is the Web-based bill and how will it help me?
In the past, hard copy billing information was mailed to departmental contacts. Following the campus trend to provide information online, Communications Technology Services has implemented a new Technology Management System, which provides Web-based billing capabilities. As of the July 2006 bill cycle, the Web-based bill can be viewed and downloaded locally and will replace the existing Communications Technology Services paper bill, which will be provided only on request. Under the new Technology Management System, departments will now have the ability to determine their own internal processes for requesting and reviewing Web-based bills using the Distributed Administrative Computing Security System (DACSS) model, which will ensure that campus security policies and controls are followed.
