Base sheet – what is included in the column entitled “Federal Resources”?

All the federal monies received by the districts and reported on the WDE-60l are included in the column titled Federal Resources on the base sheet. These monies are not used in any calculations and are for informational purposes only so a district can estimate funds they receive per ADM from their Total Resources plus Federal Resources. The federal resources shown in the model are based on 104% of the actuals for 2003‑04, as reported by WDE in July of 2005. These data will be updated as they become available. The data are included in the model at the request of the Legislative Committee that oversaw the development of the model.
