Banner session closes or freezes every time I try to open another web page. Why?
In order for your Banner session to remain active, you must keep the grey INB web page running in the background. If you want to open additional web pages while keeping Banner active as well, you must adjust your browser settings so that your INB page is not redirected. Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools/Internet Options. Click on the “Advanced” tab and scroll down to the section titled “Browsing. Find the selection labeled “Reuse windows for launching shortcuts” and UN-check that box. Click Apply and then click OK. You may now open additional web pages while running a Banner session.
