• A prisoner returning to custody can make representations, in writing, to the Parole Commissioners about the recall decision. A prisoner may also attend and speak to Parole Commissioners at any subsequent oral hearing to consider the decision to recall or to consider if a prisoner can be released again. The DOJ imposes and monitors licence conditions.
