• Proceedings for transfer to or from disability status are confidential. All orders transferring a lawyer to or from disability status are public. • Hearings shall be conducted in the same manner as disciplinary proceedings, except that all of the proceedings shall be confidential. A notice of transfer to disability status will be published in the Utah Bar Journal and in a newspaper of general circulation in each judicial district within the state in which the lawyer maintained an office for the practice of law.
