• A lawyer may petition for readmission no fewer than five years after the effective date of the disbarment. • Prior to the filing of a petition for readmission, the lawyer must receive a report and recommendation from the Bar’s Character and Fitness Committee, the lawyer must satisfy all other requirements as set forth in the Bar’s Rules Governing Admission.
