A – You may request accounting to reverse a withdrawal request back into your account if it is still in “pending”. To find out whether or not you may reverse a withdrawal request, simply log into your software, click on CASHIER, and click on REVERSE WITHDRAWALS. If the withdrawal requested is labeled as ‘Pending’, you are still in time to modify/cancel part or all of your withdrawal request. To reverse the withdrawal, simply click on the withdrawal request(s) check box(es) and click REVERSE.
