If the issue is related to the hosting or any other aspect of HaveAByte’s offering, such as questions about the AyaNovaPanel, the call is free. If your system is inaccessible, and it is our fault, the call is free. If the system is inaccessible and the fault is on your end, the call MAY be free if it is short enough. Any other general questions are welcome and billed at a consulting rate of $75/hour with no minimum increments – a five minute call would cost you $6.25. We don’t want you to feel like it will cost you an arm and a leg just because you want a question answered fast.
