Aware does not terminate the mail reception session, why?
This can happen if another antispam application is installed and activated at the same time as Spam-Aware. This problem has been noticed with Norton Antispam but it may also happen with another softwares. If, during a mail reception session, a message does not arrive in the mail application and the Spam-Aware message reception icon remains indefinitely animated in the task bar, you should verify that no other antispam module is activated at the same time as Spam-Aware. It is also possible that a conflict with an antivirus application is the cause of this problem. In this case, try to deactivate every software that intercepts and handles mail on reception (antivirus, antispam, etc).
