AUUUGH! Is the Easter Bunny REAL I need to know?!!?

The Easter Bunny isn’t from the Bible. Easter was a pagan fertility feast in honour of the fertility goddess Eostre; the name still figures in English speaking countries. When the Roman Empire enforced Christianity, they didn’t abolish existing religious festivals, they merely changed the reasons for them. So for Easter, the reason was changed from the resurrection of the crops to the resurrection of Christ. We still use fertility symbols around Easter: Easter Eggs and – yes – Easter Bunnies.
