As often or as long as you like. Will a car be available every time? If you use our “Exclusive Access” service, yes. For our regular Corporate & Non-Profit service, we have maintained a minimum fulfillment rate of 95%. Advanced booking and access to the entire fleet helps ensure that you can almost always access a car to meet your needs. What is “Exclusive Access” Exclusive Access provides your corporations with a Virtual Fleet – all the benefits of a corporate fleet, without the headaches and costs of maintaining one. Within our ‘core operating area’, AutoShare will station any number of vehicles for use at or near your company, and your employees will have full, dedicated access to these vehicles during business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday) for a fixed rate.
