Tuesday October 31, 2006 Senate Republicans would like to pass legislation that would assert that no federal law, directive, rule, or instruction would prevent any federal agency from supporting the Boy Scouts. Thus, the BSA would be able to discriminate without the repercussions that other groups deal with.
