This is a high dosage, but if you don’t have any side effects, it might be more effective. There shouldn’t be any major problems with moderate alcohol intake on the wellbutrin. As to stopping the wellbutrin, stop smoking for at least 2 months then taper the wellbutrin and see what your nicotine urge does.
