if she has no proof of the abuse, dont worry about anything. The courts want both parents in the child’s life, so that is a definate decision on your wanting joint custody. Basically that’s all that will happen. You will go in and hardly talk at all. The Judge will set it at joint custody, establish child support payments and say goodbye. Its not the OJ Simpson trial. It will take about 5 minutes. However, I can not believe that all of her accusations about you are lies. Even if they are true, she has no proof. Don’t worry, just go in and take what is given to you. You’ll be fine.
