Attachment D: Aerial asks for a one mile radius yet also notes to include items from Steps 12 and 13 where the radius to document these items would need to be larger. What should I do?
As you have pointed out, there is a direct contradiction and this will be noted and adjusted for next year’s funding round. The requirement will be to include an 8 1/2 by 11 inch map, sketch or aerial photograph which showing at least a one mile radius of the application property. Include as much information that is documentable on the map provided claimed in Step 12 and questions 13A, 13B, 13C, and 13E. This includes, but is not limited to the proximity of the application farm from any protected properties (easement and non-easement), to neighboring applicant farms, distance to sewer and water, interchanges, pipelines, and accessible public roadway intersection(s).
