Debbie, 63, stepped out in New York last night looking eerily similar to her younger self, as she arrived at a book launch for the late designer Stephen Sprouse. And even though she has admitted to having cosmetic surgery years ago, pictures of her looked somewhat aged in recent years are in stark contrast to her new, younger look.
