In the morning, because during they day when you eat you get full. Causing your body to weigh more. But eventually that gets digested and the next day you’re lighter.

there is never usually that much of a difference, but the best time is as soon as you wake up after you have used the bathroom and before you have eaten anything at all. remember to not weigh yourself too often (every 2 weeks minimum) or it will seem like you never loose weight!
