At what time may I borrow a journal for the night or weekend from the periodical collections of the Main Library?

You may borrow journals for the night two hours before the service hours end (that is, at 5 pm the earliest). This same rule also applies to weekend loans, which you may borrow thus on Friday at 4 pm. Until 4 pm the journals have to available to library’s customers. On Saturday you may borrow a journal for the weekend at any time.
