A. It is in our recruiters best interest to reach out to each and every candidate who has a background that matches one or more of our clients requirements. After a first round interview with Glocap, much of the interaction with recruiters revolves around descriptions of jobs, setting up interviews with clients and alerting candidates as to their stats with certain clients. Candidates My Jobs tab in their profile offers a lot of information about status with clients.
