At Walt Disneyworld…Is The Carribean Beach resort any good?
I don’t find their website very helpful, either. I suggest http://www.allearsnet.com instead. It’s my favorite planning website and is way better than Disney’s. Caribbean Beach gets good reviews and bad reviews. Personally, I have always found it to be fine. It’s very large and sprawling, though, and I prefer a smaller resort. It will just take you minutes to get from the resort to Magic Kingdom usually. Say 20 minutes to get to any parks at any given time. If it’s very busy, maybe longer. The Magical Express is where Disney picks you up at the airport and takes you to your resort. And they also pick up your bags for you and deliver them to you, but it could be a few hours before they get there. It is completely FREE! It’s a very good system now, just as long as you know that you won’t get your bags immediately. If you will need anything immediately, put it in a carry-on, or claim your bags yourself.
