At the top of the Administration Page, there is an option called Screen Resolution. What is this for?

The Screen Resolution option enables you to change your Administrative Page’s resolution to conform to your monitors screen resolution. When you click the down arrow you can choose your screen resolution. When you do this, your web page will automatically refresh with the new resolution setting. Note that this does not change your web site in any way. It is only used for administration.
