At the Race Expo on March 24 and March 25 what are the chances of being able to switch races if a race is already sold out?

At the Pre-Race Expo, many race changes are requested. If someone drops out of a sold out race, then that spot in the race becomes available on a first come, first served basis. We do not have a waiting list. As soon as the spot opens up, that is when the spot becomes available starting with the next person in the registration line.
