At the last adult conference, not everyone was allowed access to coffee breaks, why?
This is a recent development necessitated by grant rules. Crime Stoppers’ conference training is paid for by a grant from the Governor’s Office, Criminal Justice Division, and is free to Texas Crime Stoppers. However, conference fees pay for food and drink. If a conference participant does not pay the fee, he/she is not entitled to meals or breaks, which requires restricting access to these events.
