At the checkout it says: VendorTxCode has been used before?
If you are receiving this message when trying to order via Credit Card: “An Error has occurred! The VSP has been unable to continue with the transaction. VendorTxCode has been used before. All codes must be unique.” You will need to delete all the contents of your shopping basket, refresh your browser and start again. The error means that a transaction ID has been resent to our payment system. Every transaction must have a unique transactions ID. The SagePay Payment System will not allow a transaction ID to be accepted twice. If you reached the payment pages and decided to use your back button to go back to Gameseek, then resubmit your order, we may not have created a new transaction ID for the resubmitted order. Please try the transaction again, without using the Back button. If the issue persists, please contact us.
