At how many weeks can you feed a puppy puppy food?
Puppy food should be feed up to 12-24 months.Dogs stop growing physically at about 10-12 months but they still fill out for another year.I found it worked well to start the transition at about 14 months. After the dog food scare( I was always an Iams food fan) I have since switched to BLUE BUFFALO. Even my 11 year old toy poodle with bad teeth and very finickey tastes eats BLUE BUFFALO.My other poodle is on the chunky side and is eating the lite BLUE BUFFALO,and he likes it.My puppies are shipoo’s they eat the puppy formula.Eventually I think they will all eat the lite because being heavey for any small dog with short legs is not healthy. The BLUE BUFFALO brand is definately a choice worth looking into.
