At first look, my Ticket Frames plexi-glass seems to be scratched or discolored. Why is this?
In an effort to ensure your purchase reaches you in the very best condition, we ship our larger size Ticket Frames (usually when one length is greater than 22″) with a blue protective coating on the front of the plexi-glass. Thus, if your piece seems scratched or discolored, please be patient and follow our instructions for removing the coating.
