Astrology, Art or Science?
For the peoples of the ancient civilizations of 4000 years ago or more, their work in developing and defining astrology was undoubtedly work of a scientific nature. These ancient scientists examined carefully the relationship between the natural phenomena which they observed all around them and certain recurring celestial events. This systematic, didactic and scientific observation was firmly based on a study of the laws of cause and effect and is an method of observation which we still use today, even if modern science and scientists tend to laude technological advancement over the accomplishments of our ancestors. Furthermore, astrology is a way of living, it is the particular and unique characteristics that each of us possess and our exploitation of these characteristics during the moments that we live and in the circumstances in which we find ourselves that determines the person that we are or aspire to be.
