Assuming an inventor’s submission containing my unique identifying number is chosen for commercialization, where does the money to pay fees come from?
The dollars required to protect and commercialize inventions chosen for commercialization come from Edison Nation’s Innovation Fund, which was developed in 2011 by a joint venture between Edison Nation and venture capitalists. The fees for preparing and filing a patent application will be agreed upon in advance, not to exceed $10,000 in the aggregate.
